Our returns and exchanges policy is applicable within two weeks of the purchase date. 

Products must have all original packaging and tags and be in unused condition. Exchanges are stock dependent. All returns and exchanges must have proof of purchase. We do not accept returns on items without a receipt. 

Gifts with a gift receipt will be eligible for a store credit or exchange within two weeks of purchase. 

Sale items are not eligible for return or exchange. 

Returns from online purchases

For items purchased on our website, the same return and exchange restrictions apply. Items must be unused and in their original packaging.

For website returns please send us a request email to shop@skitakhut.com telling us why the item or items are being returned. We will send you a return authorization number. Returns must be shipped back within 14 days of purchase, customers are to cover return shipping costs. Once goods are received and inspected, a refund or credit will be applied. 

Sale items are not eligible for return or exchange.
